I'm a developer/manager/scrum master at nuBridges (http://www.nubridges.com). Most of our work is in Java and I've been an instigator of XP and Scrum practices here.

We don't do a pure XP or Scrum. We do have nightly builds, unit tests, and some pair programming. We are working to have a better grasp of agile project management, especially including better use of backlogs and iterations.

I am also very interested in Open Source, and Linux in particular. I am the co-moderator of the Atlanta Linux Enthusiasts Central Meeting.
