I've worked for 12 years in the software development industry, spending my last 8 years at Harbinger/Inovis as Director of Software Development (up to September 2004) for their hosted services division. I worked with an outstanding group of individuals there that accomplished great things. During my tenure, I've worked both as a software developer as well as in management, with a lot of project management done in the middle.

The first half of 2004, I was told about Agile methodologies and how they can help projects with very fluid requirements and rapidly changing conditions. I researched and presented two agile methodologies to Inovis' corporate software development leadership, Scrum and FDD. For a very short time, I incorporated a few elements of Scrum with positive results.

I am very interested in learning more about Agile management methodologies, and hearing experiences from anyone who has used them.
